The 3-person tent Alaska 3 DLX from Tatonka impresses with a spacious vestibule that is 1.50 meters high and an inner tent height of 1.40 meters. Designed as a cross-sleeping variant, the inner tent offers a sleeping length of 2.35 meters. The comfortable tunnel tent features an entrance to the outer tent on both long sides, and the inner tent is also accessible from two sides. The vestibule can be entered via a side entrance, which can be closed with a separate mosquito net.
Thanks to the suspended inner tent, setup is simple and straightforward. The inner tent can also be detached, which is useful for storing it dry in rainy conditions.
The 3-person tent is made from durable, tear-resistant materials. The outer tent, made from four-times PU-coated polyester, is waterproof (8,000 mm hydrostatic head), UV-resistant, and colorfast. The waterproof tent floor is made from PU-coated nylon (10,000 mm hydrostatic head). The lightweight aluminum poles are break-resistant, and the inner tent is made from breathable nylon fabric, ensuring a comfortable interior climate.
