The real down insulation sits inside a downproof bag so the filling stays exactly where it should be warming. The membrane blocks wet snow while still letting moisture escape. On icy days a heating pad slips into the Heating Pocket, and the elastic Storm Leash wristband makes sure the mitten never sails off the chairlift.
