The Alpina Venet Q is the step up in the Venet family for anyone who wants more contrast and less glare. The rimless design, large panoramic lens and generous room for prescription glasses all stay – what's added is the higher-grade lens technology. It was developed to pair precisely with the Alpina Versatile helmet.
The Quattroflex lens is tinted ruby red and lowers the blue component of visible light, which makes edges and irregularities in the snow visible earlier. The built-in polarisation filter eliminates the dazzling scattered light reflected off the snow surface – the difference is most noticeable when the sun sits low and on hard, icy sections. The multi-layer mirror coating additionally takes glare out of the picture, while the Fogstop coating and Doublelens Thermoblock keep the lens clear. The extra-wide strap with Skid Grip coating sits securely on your helmet.
