Alpina Scarabeo Q-Lite Junior

The Alpina Scarabeo Q-Lite Junior is the upgraded Scarabeo: the same comfortable platform with full frame and Comfort Frame, but with a spherically domed, mirrored lens and contrast-enhancing Q-Lite technology. For children who ski a lot and ski well, that's a noticeable difference.

The Quattroflex Lite lens lifts contrast and makes colours richer so that edges, ruts and transitions in the snow become visible earlier – a real safety gain in diffuse light especially. The multi-layer mirror coating takes glare out of the picture and delivers filter category S2 with around 26 percent light transmission. The shatterproof double lens is spherically domed and opens the field of view wide to the sides. Fogstop coating and the Airframe Venting System keep the view clear, the Skid Grip coating on the inside of the strap keeps the goggle from slipping on the helmet, and there is enough room inside for prescription glasses.
