Technically the Brix relies on in-mold construction: the polycarbonate outer shell is bonded inseparably to the shock-absorbing Hi-EPS core under heat and pressure. The result is a helmet that is both stable and light at around 430 grams. The Run System Ergo Snow dial adjusts the helmet to your head circumference, while the five-step 3D-Fit height adjustment at the back adds the final tuning. Airstream Control lets you open or close the vents depending on the weather, the soft liner can be removed for cleaning, and the Ergomatic buckle can be operated one-handed even with thick gloves.
