Scarpa F1 XT - The F1 XT is the perfect boot for experienced ski mountaineers looking for an efficient yet lightweight product that is ideal for touring with light equipment. The Wave Lite Closure System and the new Overlap Shield Tech gaiter enable effective adjustment of the shell closure without pressure points, as well as easy entry and increased protection with low weight at the same time.

Features:

• GAIT OVERLAP SHIELD TECH: The tab under the lever of the Wave Lite Closure System allows for easy adjustment and provides a Uniform fastening over the entire instep without pressure points. The gaiter offers better thermal insulation and is easily adjustable thanks to the straps and Velcro.
• ACCELERATOR SKI/WALK SPEED LOCK LT: Specially designed for the cuff of this model, with the possibility of adjusting 3 different forward lean positions. The lever locks efficiently and quickly into the hook installed on the shell.
• FRICTION FREE TECHNOLOGY: There is no connecting rod between the shell and the cuff, which allows friction-free movement during the walking phase.
• CARBON GRILAMID LFT CUFF: Made of carbon Grilamid LFT (Long Fiber Technology), reinforced with long carbon fibers that significantly improve resistance and rigidity.
• GRID FRAME TECH: The particular grid design of the cuff stiffens the rear part for better power transmission in the forward movement. Riveted soft panels provide improved shin wrap.
• OUTER SHELL GRILAMID FG LFT SHELL: Made with Long Fiber Technology, reinforced with long carbon fibers, which significantly improves resistance and rigidity.
• 3D LAMBDA FRAME: Designed to increase rigidity and torsional strength, the 3D -Lambda frame reducing the thickness of the shell for minimal weight.
• CLOSURE SYSTEM: The Wave Lite Closure System ensures an individual attachment of the shell without pressure points. The coated steel cable is attached to the shell at three points. Thanks to the micrometric lever adjustment and the integrated 4-tooth rack, the closure can be adapted to any type of foot.
• POWER STRAP LITE: The Velcro closure offers the best wrap of the shin area, without excessive weight. Equipped with a strong and light aluminum ring, the Power Strap offers a perfect hold on the tongue and avoids the rebound from the upper part of the shoe.
• LINER: The Tour LT2 liner adapts to every foot type thanks to the fully thermoformable Intuition technology. The structure of this foam ensures excellent quality in terms of thermal insulation, lightness and performance, while adapting over time comfortably and without pressure points. The flex panels on the back of the tongue provide more flexibility when walking.
